Super Dungeon Explore: The Forgotten King - Heroes

So I found a whole new game....with lots of minis... that all must be painted! They are just too cool not to paint after all. We got to try Super Dungeon Explore about a week ago and we (and Ethan) loved it.  Its a great game for an 8 year old and it's all he has talked about for the past few days.  BUT now we have it! I was just going to paint the Heroes...but well I was not even done with the first one and I knew I was going to paint all the mobs too.  Now to see how fast I can get it all done.  First up are the Heroes and man were the fun to paint.

Well we had two more people join our D&D group and one of them is my wife Jen! Who I had given up ever getting to play but our great friends convinced her =D So here is the mini I painted for her and her first set of dice (that she picked out as well!).

This one I am not as happy with, mainly because the poor mini did not have much in the way of a face... So I had to do what I could with paint to give him one.  Also, his base that he comes on as part of his mold is HUGE and takes up the whole base ring.  Not only does he not really have a face, but he does not get a cool base as well. Poor guy. Ah well, three down one to go.

The Pirate "But I'm not a Pirate" Warrior is done! I think she came out very well. Only two more left to do for our D&D group!

Shadow Sister, Sstrs Reaper #1437

It's been a very long time! But here is a new one for my new D&D group's City Ranger (and every city ranger should have a good roof base, they are after all always seeming to climb on top of everthing). Next I have a "Not Pirate" Pirate Warrior, a Crazy Druid, and a Tricksy Warlock.

All done! And I very happy with how it turned out.

New Gaming table WIP

Well I might not have been painting but I have been building.  He is what I have been working on and its almost done. Its a folding 4 by 6 gaming table!  I have a green neoprene mat coming for it to finish it off, so it should work great for both big board games like Zombicide and Talisman as well as Warmachine.
